Chorlton Ben Nevis 17 Years Old

The House of Carrick team are big fans of Ben Nevis whisky. This isn't a typical Ben Nevis with no signs of the "funky" notes you would expect to find. This is a lighter dram, with citrus fruits and vanilla flavours from the Bourbon barrel maturation. 

Nose: Chalk, oils, light citrus, malt, vanilla, slightly floral

Palate: Yellow and orange fruit, apricots, honey, milk chocolate

Finish: Easy going finish, simple vanilla flavours, lightly spiced and peppery

Cask: Bourbon barrel
