This 24-year-old Springbank was excess stock from a previous bottling. It was in a second-fill Sherry octave for just over a year before being bottled. Only 50 bottles were produced.
Nose: Dunnage warehouse. Toffee. Hint of mint. Dry sherry.
Palate: Rich and dry. Sherry notes with more toffee and aniseed.
Finish: Long, sweet finish. Lots of candy/sweet flavours.
